1ST ANNUAL Brown County Y Art Festival
The Brown County Community YMCA invites you to submit your entry to its 1st Annual Art Festival. The Y is blessed to be located in the Art Colony of the Midwest and we are excited to start what we hope to be a long standing Art Festival with an outstanding reputation featuring a mixture of local and regional artists. All proceeds are to go to our Financial Assistance program which helps with membership costs and summer day camp. The Festival is FREE to the public, donations are accepted

Your check must be enclosed with this application in order to be eligible. Checks should be made payable to: Brown County Y Art Festival, and sent to: Brown County Y, 105 Willow St., Nashville, IN 47448
Once received your obligation is to appear. No money will be returned to any exhibitor for any reason, first 100 applications will be accepted.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Work must be of that of the artist submitting the application. This artist MUST be present at the Festival show hours.
No imports, commercially manufactured items, or kits allowed.
All work must be original and may be traditional or contemporary fine art including; Painting (Oil, Water Color, Acrylic), Drawing (Pencil, Charcoal, Ink or Pastel), Mixed Media, Photogra-phy, Sculpture (Pottery, Stone, Metal, Wood) either free standing or wall display, Artistic Glass (Stained Glass, Blown Glass and Hand-Crafted Glass Beads), Fiber Art, Jewelry.
Artists are responsible for all aspects of their booth including set up/tear down and supervision.
The Brown County YMCA is not responsible for damage or theft of items shown. All registration fees are non-refundable and will be used to benefit the Brown County YMCA. All revenue from sales is the property of the artistBOOTH SPACE
Space:
Each exhibitor must provide his/her own display. Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of the Festival Committee. Booth spaces will be approx 12’X12’.Set-up: Beginning Saturday morning 7 am. Booths maybe left in place overnight at the artist’s discretion. Extra police patrolling will occur during overnight hours.
